Which one should i use

Im just starting the cycling process and waiting for my tank to clear up because of the sand. I really would like to know. Between fluval cycle, microbacter7 and bio spira which product works the best.

Add any one of the 3 now and in 2 weeks and either of the 2 left.

Not sure what you are referring to in terms of filter, but you should leave your return pump on so everyhting can get circulated and keep your skimmer off for 48 hours. That is Bio-Spira recommendation at least.

Do you mean the sump? Or do you have a hang on back filter (similar to many fresh water tank setups)?

You should be fine to keep it running. I do not know of any negative effects the carbon in the filter would have on the cycle.

Honestly a hob filter probably won't help you on a saltwater tank. I wouldn't bother using it. Look for a HOB protein skimmer.

Ok and right now I don't have the money for one, I'm saving up for one and two other things I need to get awhile

You can run a tank without one. It's not uncommon. You have to be careful about feeding amounts, but it's do-able.
