Oh wow that's a very serious bacterial infection, IMO.
You'll need metroplex, furan 2, and kanaplex and to treat for at least ten days.

Ok, found info on long and if i can rjun it it with Prazi. So, after 10 days let's say it gets better so what i do next? Should i keep them a week for observation?
Any idea what can cause that bad infection? Also, should i be worry about other fish in QT?

As I'm sure you deduced from my immunosuppressant statement above, all medications are necessary evils. Side effects exist regardless of whether we're talking about medications for humans or animals. So IMO; they should be used only as needed. Unfortunately, the prevalence of Marine Velvet Disease makes the use of copper or CP almost mandatory nowadays; it wasn't like this just a few years ago.Another thing what bothers me is: Should i threat new fish with antibiotics right away? I am so glad it al happened in QT! Thx again for being helpful!
Personally... as aggressive as that infection looks, id rather be safe than sorry. Be sure you have great oxygen exchange in the tank with all of these meds. Bubbler or simply aiming a powerhead at the surface will more than suffice.Fish is dead! Should i be worried about other in QT? Looks like there is nothing on it...Would you guys still put those meds just in case? Thank you again for all help
If i only knew.... That fish was super active and fun to watch! Really mad that all happened. Not sure what i am doing wrong....
