I have just noticed that my green bird wrasse has a weird white area that I don’t see any scales on. What could this be or is this normal? It is very hard to get a good pic of him.

Correct, 30 days at 1.012 will eliminate the commonly seen gill flukes, skin flukes and Neobenedenia.
Yeah I don’t know what it could be then. I’m very curious why he always sleeps under the sand bed. He doesn’t seem to be scared of anyone in the tank.

There appears to now be a white mark on top of his face now.

As long as he’s still acting normal and eats should I just leave him be with no medication. Once in awhile he scratches against the rock but he always has and it seems like a wrasse thing.

That looks like a scrape. The wrasse looks thin to me, is that just the angle of the photograph?
All of this might be scratches from diving under the sand idk because when he goes under he causes a sand storm aggressively just like my yellow Corris wrasse
