Who has killed a Xenia and why?

My Xenia frag is pulsing and looking great, but it won't spread onto the rocks it's right next to. Been about 3 weeks not sure why it's not spreading.

Had mine for most of 8 months the tank has been up and it never spread. Some would say be thankful

I want it to spread. I think it's gorgeous. I want it everywhere lol
