They come out during feeding and then climb back into holes I see no issue why do people not like them? Looks? Attack coral? Just curious is all

Would that mean if they kill clams they could possibly go after others ?IIRC they can kill clams. Not sure otherwise, I've had them in all but my current tank without issues. Actually I've been trying to get some locally without luck.
They are pretty creepy NGLBecause they are ugly, creepy, invasive, and can sting/prick you!
What the heck?
Keeping the rocks clean! What the heck?
YIKES!! that does look pretty cool though!!!
i had one in my 60 that was 8 inches long. Never even knew he was there until one day it scared the heck out of me when i was placing a frag
Couldn’t that just mean the fish keeled over and the worms cleared away everything before it turned into an ammonia spike?Wait till you have a good number of bristle worms and one of your prized fish mysteriously disappear. I’ve had it happen to me a few times.
But what got annoying what made you not like them? They play a good role in tank. Definitely depends on species. IMO, it’s good to have bristle worms in your tank as long as you don’t overfeed your tank. I’m guilty of this from my first tank. They definitely got annoying to deal with. Lesson learned….
I agree with thisCouldn’t that just mean the fish keeled over and the worms cleared away everything before it turned into an ammonia spike?
Just the vast numbers. It was a small 20G that was way overfeed. I had a species that got pretty big. Every time I moved something or pick something up there would be large bristleworms. At night I would snag some fatty long worms. Which was fun and rewarding however I wasn’t making a dent in their population. Just got old.But what got annoying what made you not like them?

I run an extra high nutrient tank and also ‘raise’ and sell BW, Limpets, Ball anemones,Spaghetti worms, snails, Micro mini stars, Fan Worms,Lightbulb anemones, Micro algae’s and others. I can definitely beat IPSF price<quantities…I only try and send when weather is ideal. If anyone is looking….Love mine from ipsf. They stay smaller and don’t stick you. Also get some spaghetti worms while you’re there.
