OP was just looking for some communication. I don't see why everyone is jumping down their throat.
I am not sure why every conversation has to become "the younger generation is ruining society! When I was your age we used undergravel filters!"
News flash: we don't use undergravel filters anymore and we expect a certain level of customer service.
