Appears to be very bleached which would point to insufficient lighting. Telling us which lights you have and current alk, nitrate and phosphate will narrow the problem down.

What settings are you keeping it on? I have kessil 360s and nems. I have mine turned up to 95% intensity and my nems sit as close as they can get.

Its a nano tank so a kesil a80 is enough lighting for it

Without getting those parameters a blued out picture is all I have to go on. Have they lost color? How old is the tank?

Yes there basically clear there rainbow watermelon btas tanks 2 years old all my lps and softies are fine

Here you can see how close mine are, the light is directly above them. I'm guessing they're between 250 and 350 par. The A80 I don't think is capable of those numbers. Could be parameter or environmental issues, but I still lean toward lighting.

Ive seen plenty of people keep nems under kesil a80s its a nano tank the nems are like 8 inches from light
