That sounds kind of confusing….. doesn't it?What type of flow and light do you have it in?
They like pretty high flow and light but they can be a little flexible. As long as the flow is on the high side of medium![]()

Will it recover? It looks to be completely void of zooanthelle?
How long wud it take?As long as you it doesn't start to dissolve, he's just ticked off. Should be ok.
It is hard to know if it will or not. Will it recover?
Thanks.. keepong fingers crossed... it expands n contracts, does this mean it has chances? It is hard to know if it will or not.
Giving it time and not changing placements is best for it now.
Any sign of life is a good thing but without the zooanthelle it will have a hard time producing the food it needs.Thanks.. keepong fingers crossed... it expands n contracts, does this mean it has chances?

Thanks. I'd venture to guess its the size of a small dinner plate. That an awesome good looking Toad you have there.
Jus zoas and gsp, also have a gbta, but its very far from it.. can see few white polyps on toad now.Toadstools can take several months in some cases to adjust to a new tank environment. What corals are around this piece any other leather corals or LPS corals? There can be warfare from other corals that are around the new coral and and cause the coral to stay closed longer.
