Won't that just shock them further? I don't have anything to dip in besides hydrogen peroxide.
That one on the left looks super gooey and has bubbles on it, is tissue coming off of it?The three pieces up front were part of the group in question.
I'm going to say all but the zoas are either dead already or on their way, keep your eyes peeled for infection or tissue coming off.
Yes, if they are allowed to rot. Which is why you need to watch carefully. And maybe not time to tell, from what I can see things may start going even more south sooner than later.
That white encrusting one is just a skeleton, it's dead. The large piece looks like it has flesh left but the septa are exposed it will probably start necrosing soon.
Could you PM me what company is dumb enough to send corals with ground shipping?
I don't want to trash the company. There name is located in one of my earlier threads. Same company I bought my rock from.
Ok, I understand that. Your situation sounded exactly like issues that other people have had with aquarium depot, that's why I asked. I hope that they do right by you with the corals.
What is it or was it. How can I be sure it is truly just a skeleton ?
Psammocora, Porites, maybe even Montipora, I can't see the corallites or anything so I'll just throw out a few. The Dipsastraea is likely already dead and tissue loss may start soon. You can be hopeful, but a couple look dead already honestly just waiting to lose flesh. You won't be trashing their name any more than it likely is already, I mean they shipped coral 3 day ground they're already idiots people should know not to buy from them. At least post a formal review or PM anyone that wants to know.
