My 75 gallon tanks marineland c-530 canister filter was sucking air for the past month and blowing micro bubbles every 10 min or so. So I began checking into upgrading to a premade acrylic sump. Now here's the catch last night during the Cherry corals sale I went under the tanks cabinet and saw water dripping from the top of the filter and found a small crack in the top of it:(
Now I'm heading to my LFS tomorrow and looking at getting the http://www.ebay.com/itm/Eshopps-Ref...443704?hash=item25a6b18cb8:g:aZIAAOSwZd1VW-yy so you think it will be good for my 75g tank if the power cuts off and drains back into the sump? enough extra space?

For a cheaper price you can get a trigger ruby 30 s and it will hold plenty I have a 36 s on mine and its great .

That pet place that fish place just google it the reason I suggest the 30 is because I got the 36 and had to remove the center brace in the stand and put it back to get it in the 30 will go in perfect.

I had the eShopps sump but upgraded to the refugium version.

The other problem I have is that I have HOB Eshopps psk100 skimmer that is brand new and so the skimmer compartment would be a waste for a while till I can trade or it breaks lol.
