Would you Trust This Tank/Stand?

The stand I can fix or build one, my main concern were the tank and sump seals. Cant tell if water was left in the sump to freeze

Even if it did (which I doubt...live in Indiana and it's been chilly, but not freeze a block of saltwater solid chilly) for a brief time it's not going to damage anything unless it was already damaged. Check it before you by...if the seals look good and hold water, I'd go with it. Of course, no guarantees - you're buying from an individual not a retailer part of the why the price is good.
