Most vendors do not offer live arrival guarantee if the package is delayed by FedEx. Most will consider that as part of the risk in shipping live coral. Im not sure if thats the case with the shipper but its something you might want to look into.
Did you dip the coral when it arrived?

I dip everything, and like I said, if it would have been shipped correctly the first time, this wouldn't be happening. The first shipment arrived on time, just to the wrong address.
 
Dip them with iodine if u can. Hopefully they will recover.
 
Get a refund those are done once they close up completely like that they're dead that really sucks

Lol, not at all true. Zoas close up all the time, by no means does it mean they are dead. Terrible advice
 
I would wait for a week to see how they r doing...I won't move the frag around, but place it under low light n low flow. Patience is the key.
 
I always put them on the bottom for a couple weeks before placing where I want them. I just keep running out of room, lol.

Best thing you can do is keep good communication with the vendor and let them know daily how things are shaping up. It's important that you let them know immediately that there might be troubles with them rather than surprise them 3 days after you received them. Most vendors IME will ask you to keep them updated on how they do and will try to work with you.
 
+1 keep a good line of communication going. It's almost always the best thing you can do. I have had my share of shipments and DOA's and most of the time I have been taken care of. It's best to understand that the seller has already sent out two different shipments (his fault) to get these to you. It shows that he is willing to own up and make you happy.

Keep takings and sending pictures.
