when that outcome covers 60% of all linkable relevant material, we might be dealing with a censor/agenda

I was booted from there years ago too. I was even a member of Team RC for a couple years, their water quality subject expert, and had like 17,000 posts over 7 years. Didn't matter. And I don't miss it either, never had a desire to go back after finding forums such as this one.

I had no idea AZ had issues I remember that long post history, wow that's weird. at least I was pushing controversial stuff to 1/15th justify some frustration but I don't recall any bad things you've ever posted that's amazing.

In the last three years, R2R has multiplied its value by roughly 8.4. (33k to 277k)

RC has increased its value by about 1.8% in the last year. (673k to 685k)

Based off of data from URLRate.com. They had 3 year old data for R2R and one year old data for RC. I updated the data for both and did the math assuming whole years. I see one forum on the upswing and another that is mature with slight growth.

Don't get me wrong, I still like RC, but R2R has more of a barbecue atmosphere while RC has more of a business meeting atmosphere.

My grandparents always said - "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all". Words I try very hard to live by. In this case however, and since my grandparents are long gone, I will say I don't go to that other site very often anymore. I find far too many, far too pretentious, people over there.

RC is a joke and has been for awhile. The whole mess reminds me of a book I read in middle school called Lord of the Flies. BrianD and company being the main reason.

I alway insert among 100% accurate RC shortcomings analyses the names of good uns, shining standouts they've managed to retain in spite of Brian:

Agu nanos mod is good guy great reefer and fair handed, let him run the site and 1999 glory shall return to it. Sk8r is world famous author, fair handed, she wins on cool factor and mainly fair handedness. If I think of others I'll update, I cannot pencil in any more currently.

R2R allows for hearty, hearty, borderline raucous debating all wording kept in line, to me that is perfect balance. people get mad at various posts/grievances often but it always seems to work out ok in time

ive always been impressed at how hands off R2R is regarding self moderation even in times of extreme duress such as does UV kill ich threads> the source of sleepless nites for many.
a key separating fact between communities is that you can flat out disagree with a mod here over matters of procedure, technique, impact, and you don't get banned, they know its part and parcel for writing things on the web-always a detractor somewhere. at RC there were some mods that disagreed with peroxide work, and are willing to ban over it, but that's ok we still help all their people over here who pm and we fully allow for RC thread links not a problem, how confident R2R admins must be in their shoes. we allow open source linking, as references, talk about non stymie of info (free knowledge)

seeing Mr. Brandon's elementary kids on here in strong presence always keeps me in check as grievances start to flow lol. some still do flow, but that's part of the community we just have to be civil as much as poss

I agree unfortunately these people are easily negated by BrianD and the likes. Several mods have similar flavors. I certainly wouldn't condemn the whole community either!

yall google and check out sk8r you'll have to refind her name cannot recall my lookup was like 5 yrs ago because someone else mentioned it. this in turn is a dead giveaway I don't read any novels or entertaining things beyond technical manuals HA that's a sad situation right there. the only thing that holds my attention are peroxide debates ~
