try putting in bucket of tank water ,w air stone ,heavy oxygen,poss help kick him up ??,i'm sorry does not look good,best wishes

What’s your tank parameters ? Any change in temp ? Any way for you to check for stray voltage?
my pintail builds a mucus cocoon around him self when it comes time to go to sleep

Thats for everyone's help. I put him in a bucket with a heater and air stone and he looked better for like two minutes they passed. It was worth a shot i just didn't want to do nothing.
