Very nice updates. Wondering about your fragging process, do you just down down the middle with a sharp scalpel? Do you snap the brake the frag plug right away or you wait? Nice shrooms

I try to cut in down the middle, but sometimes it doesn’t work out. The babies do fine even without a piece of the mouth. I prefer to break the plug right away. My problem now is that my larger bounce is just on a tiny section of a plug, so it’ll be alittle challenging to cut now.

24gal aquatop, 26 hydra hd. It bubbles tend to grow quicker on the fragged babies for some reason. This mushroom has helped fund some of the costs for the tank which is really nice.

I am planning on having another small tank just for mushrooms. It seems to be they like getting fed a lot. Do you just run blue lights on your Hydra's? With m t5s they don't seem to bubble up and maybe because I don't feed them too.

I do run my lights more the blue spectrum. I’ve heard they tend to bounce better with more blue.

Here’s a picture of one of the baby frags from a week ago, this one I cut a section off the mother that only had these green bubbles, now finally some orange bubbles are coming through (not really visible in photo).

Update: just yesterday I found the Main momma bounce all shriveled up and far away from where It usually is, not sure who moved and angered it. I moved it back and it’s recovering well, also just moved it to another place in tank due to anemone recently splitting (could possibly move and irritate).
