Guys I’ve come back from holiday last night. My parents said it was completely fine yesterday. Woke up today and it’s covered in red blotches, either internal bleeding or something mostly near it’s fun and tail and body (( what the heck man

hes eating fine and breathing fine, does occasionally shake his head while swimming, so off to happen this badly over night my favourite fish

Maybe (I have not much experience in this but I really want your fish to survive.) call a professional fish vet? I heard Marc from melevsreef has done this with his Naso Tang.

I’ve had a quick look online; and I’ve seen similar posts to mine, and most of the time the outcome was bacterial infections - but I have no idea what medication to use for it.

Do you have a separate tank to dose something? Antibacterial meds? I really don't know what to do but I'll do some research to help your tang

Red spot on my yellow tang

Hello, since 2 days I noticed red spot on my Yellow tang. These spots are very similar on each side of the fish. Until now, he is acting and eating normally. I have this fish for 2 years, and my others fishs look's heathly. Someone have an opinion about this matter???

Getting ready to move my fish over to my new 110, so in the mean time I have my tang in a 29gal and trying to treat him for these red marks on him. It's was spreading more before I moved him over but now that he's in a smaller tank on his own I've managed to get a pic of the problem. Does anyone...

Wait, I am tired so I may have read it wrong but did your tang contract ich? If he did, this may be a secondary bacterial infection. Melevsreef did a recent live stream on ich.

He showed sign of ich 3 months ago since then I’ve done so much 2 copper treatments both useless as my test kits are trash. I done a tank transfer on all fish aswell. But hasn’t shown any signs of white spots for atleast a month, I’m pretty sure it’s due to the quality of the water as I was on holiday for a while so water change is overdue

Don’t worry mate I’m in same boat maybe hitting 1.5 years now and my DT been empty for 6 months of it make sure u QT fish and coral learnt the hard way
