Could be a start to a small baterial infection or possible just skin irritation. You still aren't running any meds correct?

Okay. Keep an eye on it and if gets worse I suggest administering furan2 and kanaplex into the water column. You could be proactive since he is eating and simply add these into his food with the addition of seachem focus to bind medication to food.

ok i have metroplex power will that work

Its better than nothing... Metroplex fights against anaerobic only bacterial (single celled organisms that don't need oxygen to survive) vs. Kanaplex and furan2 treat both aerobic and anaerobic infections. If you can I recommend adding these to arsenal of medications for a rainy day.

He looks a lot better! Less stressed for sure, he’s gaining his color back!! In a few weeks as long as there isn’t any surprises I see him swimming happily in your DT
