In addition, until you get treatment— the biggest staple of a tangs diet is algae. Grab nori sheets and provide enough nori for your tangs that they can graze for 2/3 the day. IE it should be gone at the end of the day and be there long enough that they can eat it most of the day. Adjust the amount you offer so that this is achieved. This should be done every day or at a minimum every other after it’s fat and happy.

Treat for intestinal parasites as soon as you can do so.

Im doing so, Iam feeding more and adding nori. Now he looks better, the nori smells garlic so there is a bit garlic which I guess acts as antibiotics for fish. I hope I will find the treatments in Paris, otherwise Im doomed :( if anyone from Paris knows where I can find seachem metroplex and focus I will be glad. As I asked a couple shops from Turkey and they said they didnt have it.

Its easy to find online can you have it shipped to you??

The tang seems to be doing better, his shape is getting a little bit better since I started to feed twice a day and adding Nori sheets more often almost everyday.

So just like I guessed it is expired A utiliser avant le means best to use before and the date shows there is 30/10/2016 I didnt check the expiry date when I bought it and the owner from aquareden in Paris just fooled me and gave this expired product. I had a flight next day so bam missed it. Anyways my tang is feeling better I guess and I will try to get seachem metroplex and focus online somewhere. I must say that Im adding prodibio biodigest to my tank and I think it had an affect on this issue also Im feeding more now so that the fish get fat and get its shape and color back.

Finally got the seachem metroplex+Focus
It was a long wait but finally got it and I will start treating the main Display tank by mixing metro+focus+flakes+some crushed garlick. Shall I add some frozen shrimp as well?

So I got the medication mixed with food with some crushed garlick however other than the yellow tang all of my fish ate the pellets and I can see white stringy poop coming out of my foxface and clown. Im guessing all of the fish have got the internal parasite and theya re being thrown out this way. Hopefully the yellow tang will start to take the medicated food and get better

I'm glad you finally got the medications your fish need. Good luck! Keep us informed how they are doing please!

I will for sure update you all my yellow tang is takeing the medicated food but spits it out have to find a way of getting him eat the medicated food

My yellow tang is not taking the medicated food he takes the food then spits it out.

I leave the pellets and the flake inside the medicated water and add some garlick but with no luck :( your suggestions are highly appreciated.

I feed my tang nori every day 1 full sheet and they pagger the lot all my tangs are fat and healthy

Actually I feed him nori sheets for a long time now and my other tang and the foxface eat the nori as well. but i have feed them the medicated food for the second time now he takes the food and then spits it out.

Food pellets I use:

Here is what I do:
1 - I add pellets into a cup containing some water from the display tank approximately 20-30 ml.
2 - then I add Metroplex one spoon and 2.5 spoons of Focus.
3 - I then crush a garlick and put it into the cup so that the food gets the taste.
4 - I leave the food soaked in the medicated solution for about 30-35 minutes
5- I feed them but my yellow tang doesnt accept :(
