When you've just cleaned the skimmer cup in the kitchen sink and your daughter comes in and asks why the house smells like fish poo........ Just happened to be about 10 minutes ago lol

My kitchen floor only gets mopped on water change days.........

I do the whole house after any water changes. Keeps the boyfriend from accusing me of spending more time on tanks than our home.

Nope, guilty as charged here. I may have also forgot the RO/DI unit was on and flooded the kitchen twice too.

Thankfully I have only had very minor floods as of right now (knocks on wood) but it certainly helps that I have three other people in the house at any given time to keep an eye out

Lol just flooded the laundry room and the kitchen last week... It was bad that my son knew exactly what to do and went running for ALL the towels in the closet immediately!

When no one can take a shower because you only have one bathroom and its a big water change day. (Lesson learned the hard way about making water in the tub instead of the floor upstairs. I need to replace some drywall now)

That's always my favorite. Whenever I go to a fellow reefers house to get something my wife says which one is it are we getting close. I say yeah it's right there where the blue light shines through the curtain. She laughs and says that's good
