I just ordered from them for the first time too! I’ll let you know if anything is wrong in my package when it gets here on Tuesday! But judging from the other comments, I’ll be surprised if it isn’t exactly what I ordered!

BRS is pretty awesome. But I think other places like saltwater aquarium and marine depot do a better job packaging up the boxes they send. Dustin
BRS is great, I order alot from them. I got a bulb once that came cracked, called them and shipped another out to me the next day. Recently, Ive been ordering alot from saltwateraquarium.com because they have a great cash back program.

Been shopping with them for years and they've always been spot on. They are my go to supplier. Errors in shipping are rare and when I've seen them posted here they are almost always resolved within 24 hrs.

I've used them for most of my orders so far, and they've been pretty good. I've only had one mistake, and they were very pleasant on the phone. They had the missing item to me in 2 business days. I'm sure they'll fix your issue quickly as well!

It’s funny how many will take the time, like me, to say they have good-great experiences with BRS. Enough said on that 10+! Now consider any of us, and I reccomend you do as well, that have called in for advise on the tank; issue, emergency or other need and they are patient, engaged and genuinely interested in our problem and make an educated attempt for a resolution. Stop in to pick an order up some time- have fun saying, “Thank you I’ve already been helped.” One 100 times while looking at the clown fish tank. BRS is great!
