Your thoughts on aquarium sharks?

Ok everyone, looks like cloud minnows or Smith would be a better choice after reading the whole thread. I think that 5 or 6 minnows with a goldfish would be pretty cool.
And here I was, getting all excited at the thought of a salamanderfish species pond...

Sorry to do this to ya be read the other thread we linked you on, In seems goldfish are too big

Bamboo sharks are sharks.
The rest are just freshwater fish with a name.
If you intend to keep the freshwater "sharks" your covered 20 to 30 gallon pond will be fine.
If you intend to keep saltwater sharks (real sharks) you will need a very large system. With enhanced filtration and stable water parameters.
Read large system as hundreds or thousands of gallons.
Not true. Bala sharks get massive. Probably need at least a 150G to be happy.

me? I think OP is on the newer side of the hobby and needs some guidance
OP browse his post history, I'm never one to call someone dumb for asking questions but his are right on the border of what seems like actual questions and someone who knows better actually but framed just perfectly enough to get some heated discussions going lol.

Hey it makes good content

Oy.

What's not to like? They're native (okay, to a completely different part of the continent), they can live with huge temperature fluctuations, and their homes are small, muddy ponds that evaporate! Okay, maybe not that one.
cool! Axolotls are also called salamander fish oddly enough and are also really cool
