The swimming behavior alone can be any number of things, not just diseases/parasite either. I wouldn't worry unless you start seeing him get spots or some other behaviors.

Highly recommend that you cruise the stickies in the fish disease forum to get some more information on all of the various diseases, and how to identify and deal with them.

Like I said, keep an eye out and open. A lot of fish use water current to get stronger. Or just enjoy it.
