I normally place them on the tank floor to get acclimated. Don't keep moving it around, give it time. Then after about a month, I place them where I want them and again give them time to see how they react. I have Zoas all over the place in my tank, hi to low flows but none directly in front of a power head, although some are off to the side of the direct flow and it's high there, and they are fin also.
I use Seachem Reef Dip. Whatever you get, just follow the directions on the container. It's amazing what comes off as a result of dipping, however the ratio for this product is not 1:1 with tank water, that's a bit intense IMO, however I've never gone above the recommended dose.
And looking above at your picture, go get the dip today and do it. You never know when comes in on the corals and it can give you a problem down the road.
