A friend gave me his old skimmer that is rated for a 120 gallon tank and I have it on my 29 with a 20 sump

Maybe I will start feeding oyster feast 2 or 3 times a week. I might also start feeding ROE soon and maybe even phyto feast

Depends on the coral.
This is the battle of having mixed tanks.
If you have sps then they might brown out.
Now lps and softies love the higher nutrient waters
