So at first I thought this stuff was green coralline algae but the more I looked into it I realized it’s probably not. Can anyone specify what exactly is this green stuff on my rocks?

Hey everyone, having this weird algae (or dinos???) outbreak and I was wondering if anybody could ID this for me, it’s long and wavy and grows very quick.

My bird’s nest appears to be rotting from the base and turning green. There also a spot where some weird hair is growing out of it. I did some research and it looks like it’s green boring algae but I’m not sure. Is fragging the only way to fix this?
