People will continue ordering from BRS despite Mnfish personal opinions. Someone may as well get use out of the codes as they're equal to many black friday discounts or better at around 20% off when you buy the minimum order value for free shipping.

Everybody knows the purpose of coupons is for the customer to likely spend at least twice the face value. No surprises here. Someone will still be able to use them wisely.

It might seem funny to dogpile someone on a forum and distract from the actual flaming bag of crap this week was, but perpetuating antagonism and mockery really takes the gem out of the collective Reef2Reef donut.

When you use a 10$ coupon the company makes money off you, they don’t lose money, it’s a classic gimmick.

take kohls, every time I go there I save 200$!!! Omg that’s amazing! And the customer keeps coming back thinking they are getting deals. You are not. The company wins.

That’s why they say some are worth 500$ or whatever. People keep buying and they give out 10$ and they come back. It’s so very obvious.

This actually a complete lie. They do exist. Are they rare? Absolutely. With close to 3,000 orders a day going out, chances are very slim.

I do, and to me, a sale is a sale, whether it was the intended recipient of the discount or not. Since those codes can only be used once (not once per person), it is perfectly fine if they want to give up their code and generate another sale for me from someone else.

Yeah - and philosophically - I disagree with this (I guess). But - either way - all I was suggesting is its not good to post those codes online. And if I was BRS - I would be smart - and if some (insert expletive here) tried to use someone else's codes - I would freeze their account - and likewise if I was BRS - I would freeze the account of the 'person' who posted their codes online. BUT - in all likelyhood its resulting in a sale - so my guess is they don't care.

Why would they care? A sale is a sale. @glency was just doing something nice. We need more of that in the world.

All this over a $10.00 coupon code... Yea BRS had what 80 million dumped in their laps and someone is freaking out over a $10 coupon? I do own a business and trust me if they have to worry about $10 they shouldn't be in business. Also if this sounds like total BS to you I'm on my 3rd pour of Eagle Rare so take that! And I'm clearly typing this out on my way to a good buzz. Lol
