So lets get my mind off this!
Whats everyones dream aquascape? show me your favorites. I need to start thinking about what i am going to do. I like the idea of a medern scape with columns to show the depth of the tank and have lots of sand visable.
I also like when the rockwork is over hanging and somehow cheating gravity.

I wish I could be brave enough to make a real creative aqua scape lol but I am terrified of cementing my rocks together lol, seems like everytime I get my perfect aquascape I have to tear it all down to get one stubborn fish out lol.

So I have been just sticking to a standing round shape look lol

I had him from 15 cm to 25cm now, he was a great personality and hand tame, he will be missed which only you fish guys understand. Everyone else just thinks I'm nuts!

Shame he will never get to enjoy the tank he inspired to build.bI will learn and build an even better environment for future tank mates.

Now I have to go tell my daughter RIP puffy, as she called him.

Rip puffy, sorry for the loss. Beautiful fish

I could probably work out the rock work but not sure how I would keep the sand up there! haha

Hahaha heck yeah! I just love this tank I recently got, really turned my hobby into a piece of art. My other tank is a 60 gallon cube and it's my Reef Tank, and also my Tank that I grow my smaller fish out in and also grow out my corals.

Just picked up a huge RBTA prolly about 7-8 inches wide. And I got it for 150!

that was my idea, a suspended scap/floating scape, when I do my next tank I am going to do it this way

I think people who don't understand are just ignorant being honest. I have lost many pets fish included and they are just as much as part of the family. I lost my rottweiler last year and I was devasted. Also lost an Oscar fish before I was very attached to. Could hand feed him and he would rub up against my hand anytime I had my hand in the tank messing around with something. Never was aggressive. In my opinion it shows lack of empety which in this how shows the passion we have. There will always be another animal but they will never be fully replaced!
