Icp came in today, like my other system there are some things I need to tweak but for the most part everything is doing really good. I will be sticking with the moonshiners method, because at this point in time it is working for me and I'm starting to see results and enjoy having the monthly analysis for my own verification.

Not to many changes with this system, everything seems to be doing better. I am purposely increasing nutrients on this system, and I believe I am seeing better results, time will tell.

12hrs total but the t5 lights are on for 8, and all the leds are on different schedules, with three 360x's and three AI prime 16hd's.

This birds nest is actually fizzling out, this is the longest I've ever had one before it dies from the inside, I guess all the flow is helping this one but it's got some bare bones up under in the middle, plus the fish run and hide in it which doesn't help.

I'm on the fence about taking it out and placing some small BN frags back in its place, that may be coming...

Cut a few frags and moved some things around, I need to get the dedicated frag tank going so I can make this a display tank again.

I'm excited I'm waiting on a Alkatronic that should be here this weekend, I'm going to get the dosetronic for it in a couple weeks to continue running two part, its going to be sweet, life is starting to get in the way of daily alk testing, and the more this tank grows the more concerned I get of losing everything, lol.

I have been looking into the Alkatronic for a while now, but It hasn't been the right time, I can't wait, and I know I'm probably going to say why didn't i get it 6 months ago

I'm hoping to have it control alk/cal. I'll run it in test mode at first to learn the system, and until I get the dosetronic, but that's the plan.

I got the alkatronic set up a few days ago ,I've been trying to steady out alkalinity with dosing amounts and times, i was dosing 24/7 alkalinity. Its crazy seeing it on a graph tested every 2hrs it seems to be working pretty good for me to see the trend, when I get more familiar with it I will lower the testing frequency.

I think I'm going to stick with the dosing system I have and test with the alkatronic for a while before allowing the alkatronic to adjust my alkalinity.
