Stand is done and tank is in place. Not the best looking stand in the world but for my first one it will do just fine. Should be filling it by Monday. With any luck my Durso stand pipe will be here Monday if not I may have to buy a threaded pvc for the time being.

I am most definitely foaming at the mouth right now haha. Building the stand is my next project. I really like how you did the lower chamber. Is that just white paint or a sealant of some sort?

Following as i am in the process of setting up a 120 gallon myself. So far have a reefoctopus 150INT skimmer, Trigger Systems Ruby 36" Sump, Sicce 5.0 Return Pump, 2 jaebo RW-15 Powerheads, 110 lbs. of Marco DryRock and will be buying the Reefkeeper Photon 48" V2's. Slowly buying the rest of the stuff because i also will be building a custom stand. The one my Tank came with is only 28" high and barely fits my skimmer. I will be using PVC for plumbing aswell. Only silicone tubing from return pump about 7 inches into PVC to help with noise/vibrations. I will probably build my stand 36" high so i have room to work with in the sump area. Great looking set up man! I used BRS pukani as well. Cured it for six weeks while I built everything else. Feels awesome to get water in it hu.

I have not signed up for the BRS preferred yet. It was my understanding you had to make at least 3 orders and where as I have bought almost my whole tank with them I did it in one order lol -.-

And fernalfer it has not been a easy process lol lots of stress today. Got the stand up and it sat level got the tank on and it sat level. Put a little water in it no longer level -.- the problem has been solved for now with shims I just hope it doesn't settle anymore and I have to drain it.

Hopefully it stays level. I got lucky with mine, however my overflow leaked and I had to drain about 40gls out five times before I got it to stop. Everyone says patients but stress is definitely a big part of it to! I didn't get a good night's sleep for three days worrying I was gonna wake up to a wet floor

i feel your pain honestly lol iv had to nearly drain it twice. iv found 3 leaks in my plumbing that iv had to fix -.- all seems to be working properly now though. lets hope it holds. tanks is filled and running

All the leaks are sealed and the tank it level. Finally starting to clear up after adding the sand last night and finally getting the system on for the first time! It's even quitter than I thought it would be.
