So I’m taking maybe a biological risk... I’m not sure what kind of cycle I’m going to get. I added a garbage can of rock that’s been cooking dark for 2+ years. Nice and white. I’ll let it seed for a couple weeks and maybe add only 1 gig to see how it reacts, and if it does good a few weeks after that, move the rest. I put my old DIY lights on 210 for now. Par meter says the SIRIUS lights (only) they are under in 75 gallon put out 3-400 par about a foot down. My DIY put out the same par at 20” down. Just wish DIY wasn’t so big of heat sink.

The spots when on, bring par up past 800-1000, sometimes 1600-1800.

Chizer- here’s a pic for you. My dads 1964 led Paul I learned on 40 years ago. Fret board is incredible. Smooth as butter. But it’s a total beater, to the eyes, but a real sleeper. P90 pickup, original, but the neck snapped and I had a metal plate screwed to it to make it playable again. Keeps perfect tune. Intonation is perfect, hard to toss such a faithful axe. It’s an eye sore, but it’s sweet to play. I also restored my dads SG jr. 1964 also. The guy that restored it wanted to buy it lol. It was hard to say no to that offer. Also has a P90 pickup, but my dad reclaimed his guitars. Lol.

I got a nice little collection I like to keep secret lol....

To lawyer: “I don’t have any guitars left, I lost them all” lol... “search my house, none here.... lol. Daddy has receipts 50 years old lol. He “owns” them. I could only show in person what I have lol. Which isn’t much... No digital records... Can’t squeeze blood out of a turnip lol.

That’s awesome to have such heritage and heirloom too. I would never sell that. Pair it with a Marshall JTM 45 I’m sure your old man enjoys it. Hopefully my kids enjoy mine one day, but I seem to have as many as anemones. LOL
