30 Gallon rimless Budget sps reef build

I dig this build man, nice work! Cool idea of an algae scrubber instead of a skimmer. I went the Fuge route since I thought an algae scrubber might just be one more thing to clean, but if it buys you not needing a skimmer, then maybe it is worth it! I look forward to seeing your progress.

Also, the one big table idea is awesome. Maybe a few other little things in there for fun but one big table would look killer.

Yea I'm still thinking about the big table in the middle but I might be leaning to all kinds of acros in there

Got the light going and a few acros now a couple of dip sessions and to the display

Tomorrow morning the reef will be getting an mp10es w with a reeflink. Got them both for less than what a reeflink cost and they are 2 month old.

The goal is to get one more mp10 or an mp40 together with the one I have now.

Acros waiting on the quarantine
3 to 4 more days before I start the dipping routine. Gonna dip them for 3 weeks with Bayer and then a final interceptor dose

Did some work today. Made my home made kalk container with a 5 gallon tank and a small pump and bracket to keep the pump an inch from the bottom.

Also forgot to update that I recently lost all my fish due to marine velvet. One day the fish were eating and happy the next they were breathing heavy and then started dying. Weird thing is this happened to me and I quarantine all the fish that went in. I guess things happen in this hobby. Well now with the new the tank is gonna be getting 3 tailbot damsel 3 yellow tail damsel and maybe 3 regular blue damsel.

Update
Tank is doing good the damsels are doing great
Went with 3 yellow tail and 3 talbot
Removed 2 rocks now I have the look that I wanted. Don't mind the rock rubble on the back that's for me to glue my frags lol
Minimalist FTW

Added corals. Have 4 more sps to put in. Then move the rocks around for best placement. Fingers crossed hope everything does good.

Well the reef crash as of this morning. I got a feeling it has to do with the natural salt water. There was no ammonia spike no parameters change just things started to die snails, corals ect. I transfer the remaining live stock back to the frag tank. Will be draining the tank today and restarting with reef crystals if I don't sell it

New updates
Drained the NSW and restarted the tank with reef crystals and real reef man made rock. Don't mind the brown rock I left it there for bacterial to colonized the new rocks
