plumbing for my coast to coast overflow

Plumbing laid out, my gate valves for overflow along with my manifold (3 ball valves and a check valve) capable of running up to 3 reactors. The return will be run by a waveline dc 10000 gen 2 pump. The tank is drilled for 4 1" return lines and overflow will have three 1.5" returns; 1 full, 1 partial and 1 emergency.

Ooooh this is going to be sweet!

nice looking tank...I like how clean and neat the plumbing is laid out..

update

Got all of the panels built, I just have them mocked up right now. The panels are going to be flush once attached ; they will be held on by magnets so that I can keep all the nice room that a steel stand provides.

Plumbing is all mocked up, gonna wait for a sanity check before I glue. Anyone see an issue with using pvc instead of flex line for my return?

I'm tagging along! This is going to be a great build. :)

pump issue

So I have the plumbing ready and tested it with fresh water and my pump does not do the job. I bought a waveline 10000 and there is just too much head pressure. So im looking for suggestions on powerful in sump pumps.
