I think he likes the Kessils. We're up to 5 now in addition to 8 Radion 30s and the T5s.

That GEO is looking nicer than the tank itself. What a great job.

How many pumps do u have going through that return? Is it multiple vectras combining then splitting after the T?

The T is for the Hammerhead. One Vectra L1 will provide return from the sump and the other will be its own CL. An additional Diablo 10500 will run the reactors and UV. We then have 3 Wav pumps, 1 Gyre 150 amd a Vortech MP60 for additional internal flow. :-) I also have some other Mp 40 laying around but doubt I will be needing them

She is plumbed!!

Trying to figure out how to minimize the imprint of the loc lines. Need to hide them. Need two more at the end. We were one 90 short.

Rock is. Ice enough to hold them for me until the cycle is complete and they are ready to enter their kingdom. Anyone know where to get a. Ice pair of black Perculas?

Thanks Rick has a few left after these. White cheeks Incouldnt resist. Next will be a pair of blacks. What anemone would you suggest? Long term goal are blue and red or green carpets. Had a white carpet for years with a mated pair of percs years ago

I do.
Let's brake it down tho as I could be wrong.
U are using the 1 inch sea swirls correct? I believe they can handle up to 2000 gph does that sound correct?
U are using the hammer head on it for both of them correct? So what's ur est gph for each sea swirl? Say 1000 for poops and giggles the penductors then multiply that by 5 to 10 times the flow so that's 5000 gph min in something rated for 2000.
I'm the beginning when the swirl is new u will not notice anything but as it wears in the o rings will start to go bad and the sea swirl will eventually break.
Now I'm saying what I just said there have been one or two people I have talked to on this form that say they do not have a problem with using a penductors on sea swirls.
But I have called sea swirl and asked them about it and they said the exact thing I just typed above and that they do not recommend it.
Sea swirls will last forever if used properly but if u look into the people that say they didn't last for them and it was a waste of money it's usually because they used penductors or they did not use the swirls the correct way.
Will ur way work yes it will and u will have amazing flow but for how long? A year two or three at the max? It's ur choice in the end and from someone who has both sea swirls and penductors I would recommend hookim up the penductors on ur return and let the sea swirls do their thing.
Also the penductors have to be about 3-4 inches below the water line or u will have an onslaught of micro bubbles. Looking at ur photos I do not believe they are low enough.
Hope I helped
Justin

I had read about the penductors as well and thanks for letting me know as well. The Seaswirls are connected only to my Vectra L1 return from the sump. I believe each seaswirls is 1150 each. With the Vectra amd the head pressure it should be right around that limit. You think maybe I should skip the penductors? All my outlets from the hammerhead and Vectra CL are 3/4 :-/. Again thanks for voicing your concern as that is why I like posting everything here as I go.

Well if it's on the vectra it's not going to work at all penductors work off of head pressure and vectras don't have any. So they will be useless

I tried a penductor on my m1 and it was worse then without it
