the swap out is finished. . I must say, I am completely wore out now.. It took a long time and alot of maneuvering. I had a friend that was supposed to come over and help me with the swap out, but he had a family emergency. So I took it upon myself to tear down my tank, and set this up.
Basically, the old tank was a 72-75 gallon, and I made the stand big enough that a 40 breeder could fit in there. I skinned the thing with half inch plywood so it was HEAVY. Basically, I had to pick up the tank by myself. Then I had to pick that stand up, you guys would have got a kick out of how I did it. I picked one end up, and stuck coffee cans under it until it would come over the sump. It was priceless, My gf walked down there and just shook her head. She's not much help, and she is like 5ft2, and weighs like 115 pounds. I don't think I'm gonna be able to crawl out of bed tomorrow!
I will have some pictures up tomorrow as the water was still a bit cloudy.
