The maroon didn't make it :/ he never quite swam right but he never showed signs of anything, no distress, no spots, nothing :/ everything else is happy and healthy and all corals are open and levels are normal. I don't know what I did he was a $10 petco fish but I still feel awful :'(

Waiting until right before I leave tonight to get a water sample to make sure it's still ok for the picasso/snowflake. Right now all levels are fine so maybe I caught it in time. Hitchhiker urchin is a black long spine he's super cute. Everyone else is out and about today while I clean the tank a bit. Ordered the ***********s mystery box so we'll see what corals get added in tomorrow. Also a feeding pic from last night, keep finding more and more coral in the tank<3

Sorry about your maroon. Mine just went too. I agree its not about the $ just feel bad for the fish. Hope everything is OK with your tank.

so sorry to hear about the maroon it did look healthy in your pics. Sometimes we lose fish for no identifiable reason I love your tank - it really is teaming (sp) with life and congrats on the cool urchin hitchhiker!

Thank you both :/ I'm sorry ferch, I can't imagine dealing with all that in a new tank FishroomLady, anyone who I showed how he swam said he might have had an internal parasite or a swim bladder issue. The lfs double tested my water and showed me it was fine so the picasso/snowflake came home with me, you could tell the health difference even when acclimating, he never stopped swimming. Today, my mystery box from apparently The-Company-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named came in today, everything's acclimating now, everyone was excited to see the box. The new clown looks like some sort of magical creature

Oh almost forgot receipt! Clam was 50, just to show the price of the frags. Frags were $10 each
This brings current coral/macro total to 50(today)+43(tunicates)+30(display macro fmv)+whatever fmv I get for the hitchhiker corals

I doubt it'll do well, I don't think I feed well enough, but with the sale it was worth a try with the clam right there it'll get more food anyway. Thank you ^_^

Thanks you guys one of my favorite local stores had a happy hour sale yesterday, 50% off coral frags, so I picked up some that would normally be out of my price range. The goni isn't all the way open yet, but it's getting there pink goni and aussie blastos<3 also have a bunch of spirorbids growing in my fuge which is cool, and a bunch of baby cerith snails
