Acro idea

I just cut off all the tops and kept the trunk . Hopefully I was able to save it, if not , well it could be worse. I’ll took all the clippings and put it in my sump .

year and one half. I changed water supply that’s what led to the High NO3.. you might learn something here... judging by your question
I think you need to realize who you are talking to, take a look at some of our acros. Are you using RODI water? if so what kind of unit and when is the last time you changed the filters?

Dang. I guess I missed that. I should of learned more gooder.
Good. I’m glad OP was able to talk sense into you. Defiantly helped you become less defiant. Now, please, sit back and learn how he is able to grow his acropora frags from near death, you. You could learn something valuable... I can tell by your questions.

Geez, thanks for the advice. I’ll defiantly keep that in mind in case any of my acros ever start to die.

I pruned it all back and woke this morning thinking I was going to see a reminisce of my coral. This is what I woke to

Beauties. Do you have any “secret sauce” you can share with us? Like a specific supplement or coral food?
I use acropower and coral frenzy and I’ll take turns with the Oyster feast. I also have R.O.E. But I seldom use that...I think also using Acropower everyday contributed to the Nitrate spike. I can’t prove it but I have that hunch. I’m going back to a weekly dosage of 6 ml.
