apistasia help

I have just removed rock from my tank that is covered in them, what can i do to kill them on the rock, now that i have it in a bucket please

Joe's juice will work well in and out of the tank. I had good success w file fish BUT once they are all gone they might start picking at your Zoas

You could try that. A blowtorch would make quick/stinky work out of them. You could also let the rock dry out completely in the sun for a few days.
thanks i will try that, i would need a gallon go aiptasia x just to do a couple of rocks,

Aiptasia x is the best way to go. If you throw superglue in it stays in there, aptasia x breaks down. Never had any issues with it. Use it to kill most of it, then throw peppermint shrimp in to help keep control over it.

Once you've got aiptasia there is no getting rid of it. Personally, I accept that I will have aiptasia and bubble algae in my tank, all I can do is provide a natural remedy to combat it.

have a banded shrimp in there, will he eat them, my others have disappeared

If you do decide to use chemicals at some point in time, might want to try Aiptasia X - I've never had any bad side effects from using it and it's kind of fun watching those little pests blow up and disappear.
I used it...took 10 seconds bang done...I took it out of the tank to be safe. It was on a rock I could remove.

I did have peppermints in there and i put in the banded, and now they are gone
I missed that part, sorry. Yeah, it looks like other people have had that issue as well. Can you QT the coral until the peppermints have time to do their job?

Option 1 - SuperGlue / Kalk Paste
Option 2- Berghia Nudi / Large Group of Peppermints ( if there are no predators for that will eat the nudi/shrimps)
Option 3- Other natural predators - Copperbanded butterfly (hit or miss) , Tilefish but some can go after your Z's and P's after.

So 1 found an apastasia... again. last one was on powerhead so I could remove it to kill the thing. This one is on a rock that I really can't move easily. I tried the boiling water which I squirted in its mouth, it looked like it shriveled up good but came back a day later. I really don't want to use chemicals at this point. I have heard people use lemon juice or vinager. What are the proper ways to use and will it harm anything since it would need to be done in tank? Thanks in advance.

Use aiptasia X, works GREAT
