Aqua Illumination Prime HD Schedule

Ok, I just got my prime HD and I'm overwhelmed! I need any and all advice on this. I've never been able to control different spectrums before. If anyone can help or post a screenshot of your schedule, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Thanks! So I leave the house this morning, and now I try and check the My AI app and it won't connect? Keeps showing "connection timeout" error. I thought I would be able to control my lights from anywhere? Are my lights even on, or able to run without my phone being right next to it?

You should be able to control it from anywhere. I had that issue before I downlaoded the latest firmware and app.

Well, when I went through the instructions, I chose the PrimeHD in my wireless settings on my iPhone, then it said to choose your wireless network and I selected my home wifi. Is that what you mean?

Just downloaded the app last night and updated the version this morning.

Yes. That is what I mean. Is the light blinking on the unit or is it a steady green? If its blinking, it is not paired. I set up two of these and it still took me a few tries to get it right. Once I got it right, I never had an issue.

I just thought of something...if your not home, you need to go to the setup screen and login. Then you can use it remotely.

I did login and set up an account via the web, it's asking for me to add a device using serial numbers on the my AI website, not the app, hopefully when I get home I can set it up thru that and it will then allow me to use the app remotely

Yes. That is the last piece of the puzzle. Once you put the SN in, it should work fine. I control lights on two tanks this way.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear! Thanks Rob, you ended my panic! So I'm assuming right now, being away from the tank, my lights are off when they should be on now?

Not necessarily, they should be following a schedule.
