I've been running settings that are pretty close to "AB+" spectrum on my Prime HD. No complaints so far! Visually, the color is nice (similar to ~17,500 K spectrum to my eye) and coral growth has been decent.
UV: 119%
Violet: 116%
Royal: 79%
Blue: 80%
Green and Deep Red: each @ 4%
Cool White: 19%
I have it run at those settings for 8 hours along with a 2 hour ramp up/down on each end.
Mounted ~7" above your waterline, it should give you decent PAR for SPS to within a few inches of the sandbed -- albeit with a little shadowing due to being point-source.
