3 weeks?
That is a long time, are you doing maintenence dosing?
I am expecting to see more along the lines of 1ml per 5 gallons but we shall see!

I am dosing 1:5 daily, but i am staying at home just 4 days a week. So i do dose for 4 days and 3 days i don´t. I started last week trying to finish a dino outbreak.

Forgot to tell, one of my macro algae died. A caulerpa racemosa.

I have cyano that appears on my sand bed when my lights come on it grows as the light intensify and totally disappears at night. 75 gal tank 25 gal sump. I change 5 gal a week. Water tests 0 nitrate 0 phosphate using Elos test kit.

All thanks for the info, please keep us all posted of your findings. Great information!

Shoot I did it for 3 months. I had a hellish dino outbreak in my 15 year old 75 gallon. When I swapped to my 150 I had 3-4 inches of crud in a 5 gallon bucket from shaking 280 lbs of liverock in it. It's starting to come back so I'm gonna tackle it b4 it gets bad again. Carbon dosing made it worse

Day 2 of dosing H2O2
Some noticeable lose of cyano on the sand bed and on rock, some loss in dinos and gha.
No noticeable discomfort in livestock
Water clarity has increased.

Yes sir.
Also for everyone else for the duration of this treatment i will be posting daily photos.

Have you tested the effect of peroxide on plankton, both phyto and zoo?

Curious as to how it may effect the bottom of the food chain.

Day 3 of dosing
Everything is still looking good the only coral that I have that seems to dislike it for a bit is my gorgi but by the middle of the day it actually looks happier.
Water clarity is steadily increasing and evev less diatoms on the glass. In fact i havent cleaned the glass since i started dosing

After 24 hours in my tests the microbes are still alive and well
