Bad advice only please!!!

The general rule is 1-inch of fish per gallon. That 5 inch Lion fish and five 1-inch damsels will need at least 10 gals. Be conservative and double the volume and they will do great in a 20 gal tank. That will be a beautiful tank. An interesting, unusual fish and 5 very colorful fish with a lot of movement and color.

You: So... after a couple days, my water level goes down. What should I do?

Me: Ahhh yeah, it's cuz the saltwater evaporates... fill it back up with saltwater to the level it used to be
Sounds like like my first saltwater tank lol

The optimal way to hang your LED lighting is to have the fixture just below the surface of the water. The fans on top of the lights are there to generate extra flow in your aquarium.

So you want to put the sump Ontop of the cabinet and the display in the cabinet,
SPS are a great starter coral
Yes a 4w LED can grow sps and water flow dosnt matter
Yes a blue tang will be happy in your 50L

The keep to reefing is INSTABILITY. Change things up daily: lighting, salinity etc.. the corals will love it

I like this! Keep everybody on their toes, will there be flow today? Will I unplug the heater and simulate a cold day? Will I feed nothing or way too much? You don't know, I don't know, nobody knows!
