You'll probably be ok but make sure to do as much as possible for surface agitation and watch his breathing. Definitely do the water change after the treatment and you'll want to have some water mixed up if things go sideways and you need to do an emergency water change

well ill be gone for 3 days you think it would be a bad idea doing the 2nd dose without a water change? i mean i can change water lets 20% and pop the 2nd dose it but i feel like itll weaken the effects

no not really ill make sure the air stone is in ill test the water before i leave dose it have somone feed the tank when im gone
