Not in a rush to add salt and slow down the growth, so it all depends on how the growth continues.

Mangroves will grow faster in fresh water? Mine are growing soooooo slow so I might need to convert to fresh temporarily.

Yes, the mangroves don't have to waste energy pushing out the salt through their leaves.

Very cool. I had mangroves branching in my tank, but they didn't transplant well when I moved the tank. Just have one left that is growing inside a rock. Need to pick up some new propagules.

I added 3 neon tetras a few months ago and the AC20 unfortunately sucked them right up. I keep going back and forth on this tank and my other tanks and what I want to do next.

I'd love to stick this in my 48x18x14" and just have it all white sand with the mangroves.

Edit : seahorse? Would need to do my research first.

Ugh... I'd not do that, if I were you. Not an ideal setup. Dwarf seahorse, maybe, but a Pipefish would be a better alternative.

What's the salinity now Brad? I'm curious about that grass as I'm having a difficult time sourcing a saltwater variety.
