I think that is playing a part on the tank. The flow seems pretty consistent in that whole area. I think it’s on the low side

Amazing creatures.

All my BTA’s moved from top of rock to underside. Guess they went to the top at lights out then when lights on they took off. I am sett at 38% how am I overpowering corals. The BTA’s are in the back corner 4-6” off sand bed.

Others are using 60+ power and have LPS way higher then me on the same tank

Agree with this. Your lighting should be fine. My BTA gets a ton of flow.

The black widow nems are beautiful. I'd like to see one under white lights.

I have seen one under whites and the red tentacles were just a deeply colored.

Yes. I would also speculate they hold on a little more secure to a spot if the flow is higher. Lower flow is easier for them to move around it would seem.

Was at work and Apex sent alert 3:00 power went out again. Got the generator going and will feed fish.

All 4 BTAs moved on top of rock and look better then they have even no lights and very low circulation for 3 hours.
I got this lol

8 month old tank 7 months with BTA. No detectable NO3 or PO4 most of that time and still none. Should I rehome 3 BTA or keep them?

I thought I would lose power today too. We had a huge, loud storm that woke me up.
