Not at all. Where I love learning, he has no interest. We are polar opposites, which might be why we get along so well.

Alright, back to business. Looking for some cord management, controller mounting for Biocube stands. My son likes the look some of you have with lighting (God help me, not another light). I don't mind a DIY, but nevermind the pricey prefab ones. I'm open to inside the stand or on the sides.

Inside my stand I put two battery operated press lights that look like pucks and stick under the top. Simple and easy.

For cord management I just used black twist ties and some hooks so I can easily remove equipment when needed for maintenance.

My son likes the look some of you have with lighting

I went with these stapled around the top inside edge of my sump area. Love it because there is no shadowing. I have them programmed to be turned on and off with my GHL controller.

Welcome, as others have said weekly water changes is a must and keep an eye on changing out any filter pads you are using. Smaller tanks are harder.

I'm really excited to see the changes in Andrew's tank. I've already seen some reaction from the Coral to the new lights. Now I have light envy. The cloud cover/lightning effect is very cool to watch.
