Not trying to hijack your questions about Apex but what unit should a person look at if and when it's time to buy? There seems to be several models/prices. I don't want to buy enrty level and restrict myself down the road.

Both of the newer units have much greater processeing power than the older Classic but the only differences out of box that im aware of is the EL doesnt monitor Salinity and ORP or have built in VDM ports where the full size does.

You could always add a module to get VDM ports or add ORP/Salinity monitoring at a later date if you wanted to.

All of the models give you Apex fusion for web/tablet/phone control. Not sure if Alexa can be tied to the Classic models or not.

Disclainer: Im still a rookie with it and know im not yet using to its full potential.

Apex I like but wet hands and touch screens don’t play nice. It seems you can wipe your hands for 5 minutes and still be locked out of finger I’d.

I can see having Alexa integrated would be nice to turn pumps on and of when hands are wet.

That said is there anything voice activated that does screw up or is it me
