So what would YOU do if you suddenly received an inadvertent package with reefing equipment? Would you be tempted? even a little bit?

I would return it, but ganging upon a member who already said he’d/she’d return the merchandise (with photographic proof) is going too far.

Love you guys at R2R, I joined this hobby because of the cool people at my LFS and I stay motivated by the 99.9% of people on this forum.

I mean it’s a difficult situation because the FTC states that any items sent to your address with your name on it are not subject to needing to be returned. Their mishap has caused me to need to drive out to the post office to send their package back as well as over a weeks worth of wasted time in setting up my new system. The final piece of the puzzle for my tank was in the mail and I was ready to spend the whole weekend transferring everything over but now I have to change all my plans and wait for my actual item to come

If you send your mortgage or rent payment to a wrong address is it ok for the wrong address people to keep it ??? They sent you a return label with pre paid postage if your struggling call them and ask them or call them and pay for it . Or if you decide to just do nothing just remember wHen you go to buy again the price went up don’t ***** . I believe in karma but I also believe in doing the right thing and to treat people the way I would like to be treated . People and companies may mistakes .

For those wondering I did read the whole thread. It seems like the original question has been asked and answered and answered and answered and answered then solved and then answered and ...well anyone still reading should get the idea.
