I'm not sure why some are seeing instant results versus others taking 8 to 10 days before theirs really kicks in. Different strains....Different lighting....Different batches of the meds.....Tablets versus Capsules. So far the best(or quickest over all) results have come from capsules and highly lit areas of the tanks. @twilliard has his work cut out on researching all of this.
Yes I sure do! The first step is to grow out healthy specimens which is my current status.

Observation @ 36 hrs in....
Light definitely is a factor. The stuff closest to the light source is turning white!

Now I may be crazy or just didn't observe as much yesterday BUT I think some of the bryopsis started to grow back on the monti. I will be keeping a very close eye on it during the following days. On the plus side the GHA is starting to show signs of death. Also the bubble algae seems to be showing signs of weakening.

I read quite a bit of the great things through your the pages. Has anyone had any negative effects yet trying this? My tank is mixedbut sps dominant. I just got my pills. Going to do scared change and add them.

My tank is sps dominant as well and I didn't see any adverse reactions what so ever.

I'm on day 6. Anybody put the cup back in their skimmer yet? Wondering if it will help or hurt.
I never removed the cup at all from my tank, been pulling gunk out since the beginning of treatment. Day 1 vs day 9 pics. I dont think the skimmer removes this stuff since its not that soluable in water and doesn't bio degrade in the environment I bet this is an inorganic compound and skimmer mainly pull out organics

For tank with a ton of bryopsis, are you saying you think it'll die faster if we keep removing it?

To my pleasant surprise when I came home from work the algae showed clear signs of fading and greying. To the touch it also felt fragile.

I am contemplating turning on the skimmer tomorrow (after 72 hours) as the algae die off could cause other nutrient related issues.

Any thoughts.!!
