Bubble Coral

This may be your problem. Buy RODI water or buy a water unit or use NSW

Here are the pictures that was asked for earlier and no one ever said anything about the lighting i'm using if it's good enough Quality for the Reef or not

not sure of what you set up. But better to purchase water or set up a RODI system.. most tap water won’t cut it for your tank water needs. Someone else will surely chime in with the science behind it. But water quality is huge. Or may not be the issue at all.. just my opinion.

My bubble is full. They do best on tank bottom with moderate flow and good light. The type of light you have may be insufficient. I feed filter feeding food for my bubble.
API test kits not the most reliable on the market. Take a good sample of water to a TRUSTED LFS and have them test water to see what readings they come up with and to compare with your tests

Your lighting needs an upgrade, but shouldn’t matter for bubble coral. I think something is going on with the water. I don’t feed my bubble, but it eats. If I were you I would switch water. Your bubble doesn’t look dead, but it’s not happy.

Yeah, often these corals take time to open up but if the water is fine that's usually minutes or hours not days. Tap water is definitely the problem.

I have a pretty new tank too. I’m only 17 so obviously everything I do the the thing is budget but I recommend getting the hanna testing kits I’ve got the calcium and alk tests there’s also one for phosphates they run $50 per then you have to buy new reagent once you run out but they’re a great investment.

Pumps?

what are all the pumps at the bottom
Of your water filtration? Probably just to get chlorine and maybe any heavy metals or fluoride out. Safe for you to drink, but not for fish. If you think a few about it they live in water we just drink it sometimes. Big difference.

That's true and one thing I've noticed is I have no idea what I'm doing
