What's the best way to do a leak check on the tank and all the plumbing????? Should I add my rock and sand then fill with water then run the pump. Then add salt after I know there are no leaks????? I don't have a clue of the best way to do it???? Help lol
 
I got my saltwater from my LFS and added it down the overflow from a smaller bucket to check if there was any water leaks. If it's fine then I added the rest in the tank then filled the sump and then turned the pump on.

Lol! Just pour some water into the overflow boxes. If it drips, your bulkhead is leaking! Other than that the reefer is pretty foolproof

Oh wait you did a custom manifold.:: so don't let that leak either!

Looking back at your control panel, can you tell me the name of the hinges
you used?
 
Not sure if I like how this looks but I think I'm going to stick with it for now. I also have a kindle fire that I'm going to mount on the outside of the cabinet for an external display that I can remove and see with out opening the cabinet.
